In accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, all consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract, without giving any reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
Strabello® complies with this regulation transparently, sometimes offering even more favorable conditions than those provided by law. The provisions in this section apply specifically to orders placed from EU countries.
Shopping on Strabello® is safe and risk-free! If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date.
You have 30 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

You may use your preferred courier or our home pickup service (home pickup is available in Italy only).
Once the return is received and checked for compliance, we will issue the refund within 14 business days.
In the event of withdrawal, any standard shipping fees paid for delivery will also be refunded, if applicable. Additional charges for choosing a different shipping method (e.g., express delivery) will not be refunded, as per current EU regulations.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or model, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
