Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Strabello®. Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern the purchase of products on our eCommerce website Strabello.eu. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout Italy and Europe with reliable couriers (TNT, FEDEX, and UPS). Delivery times are generally 2 working days, with possible delays of 1–2 days for Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia.
- Italy: €6.90 – free shipping for orders over €49.
- Zone R (Austria, France, Germany, Slovenia): €19.90. Free shipping for orders over €199.00.
- Zone S (Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary): €24.00. Free shipping for orders over €229.00.
- Zone T (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden): €27.50. Free shipping for orders over €249.00.
You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment. If the courier does not find anyone at the address, they will attempt a second delivery or you can reschedule it.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- Payment in installments with Klarna and PayPal
All payments are secure and encrypted.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item.
Return Conditions
- The product must be intact, not washed or used, with original tags and packaging.
- Returns of personalized items or opened sealed underwear are not accepted (Art. 59 Consumer Code).
- The return must be sent within 14 days from the day the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated, in accordance with Article 54 of the Consumer Code.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Refund Methods
The refund will be issued within 14 working days from receipt of the return and will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Product Warranty and Conformity
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity, as provided by the Consumer Code (Art. 128–135).
- If a product is defective or non-compliant, you may request a replacement or refund.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
