Return and Refund Policies

Strabello® offers its customers the possibility to return purchased items within 30 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier. During this period, customers may initiate a return for any reason, provided the products meet certain eligibility conditions.

How many days do I have to make a return?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery of the product. This period starts from the day the courier delivered the order to the customer.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

  • Some items, for hygiene and safety reasons, are not eligible for return:
    • Underwear items, which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
    • Sealed products opened after delivery, which are not suitable for return, in accordance with the terms of sale (point 10 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal).

What conditions must the item meet to be returned?

To be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be new and unused, not worn, washed or damaged.
  • The identification tag and the single-use security seal must be intact and attached to the item.
  • Products must be placed in their original packaging.
  • Once the return request has been initiated, the products must be handed over to the courier within 14 days of the return notice to Strabello®.

Strabello® allows you to easily start a return request online through your account. Follow these steps to proceed:

What are the steps to initiate a return request?

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click on “START A RETURN”.
  3. Select the items to be returned and indicate your refund preference (money or store credit).
    1. Store Credit Refund: The return is free when choosing our partner courier TNT and selecting a store credit refund.
    2. Money Refund: Return shipping with our partner courier TNT using the prepaid label costs €7.50, which will be deducted from the refund. You may also choose to return the item with your own courier at your expense.
  4. Choose your preferred shipping method for the return:
    1. TNT Home Pickup: Book a pickup by completing this form after we send you the prepaid label via WhatsApp or email.
    2. Drop-off at a TNT Point: Take the parcel to the nearest TNT POINT. Find TNT POINT
    3. Own Courier: Alternatively, you may use a courier of your choice under the following conditions:
      1. The shipment must be traceable.
      2. You must inform us of the courier name and tracking number.
      3. Ship to: Strabello - Giarel s.a.s. di Riccardo Strabello & C. - via Daniele Manin 48 - 20861 - Brugherio - (MB) - Italy.
  5. Place the packaged items in a box, preferably the original one.
  6. If using our partner courier TNT, affix the prepaid shipping label over the original label. We will send you the prepaid label via WhatsApp or email.
  7. Seal the package securely.

Where can I find the return form?

Strabello® does not use a paper return form. The procedure is fully managed online through the "Orders" section of your account.

How can I track the status of my return?

You will receive email updates as your return is processed, including the refund confirmation once completed.

To book a TNT courier pickup at the same address where we delivered your order, click here and fill out the form by following the instructions shown in the images below.

  • Enter the waybill code found on the return shipping label we sent via WhatsApp or email. You will receive the label after your return is accepted.
  • Enter your first and last name exactly as written on the incoming TNT label. Check the parcel we sent you.
  • Click Continue and follow the steps.

Valid only for Italy

We will send you the prepaid shipping label via WhatsApp or email. Attach the prepaid label over the existing one.

Each item comes with a tag and a security seal. When you receive your order, we recommend trying on each garment without removing the tag or the seal.

Once the security seal has been removed, it will no longer be possible to request a return.

Are returns free or do they involve a cost?

Europe

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and must be trackable.

Italy

  • The return is free if you choose store credit as your refund method and use our partner courier TNT with the prepaid label.
  • Money refund: If you prefer a monetary refund, the return via TNT using the prepaid label costs €7.50, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How much are the return costs, if any?

Europe

  • It depends on the courier you choose.
  • Italy

    • Full return: If you return all items, the initial shipping costs up to €6.90 will be refunded. Return shipping within Italy costs €7.50 with TNT using the prepaid label.
    • Partial return: For a partial return, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. In this case as well, return shipping with TNT costs €7.50 using the prepaid label.

    Can I choose between different return methods with varying costs?

    Italy

    • Yes, you can choose your preferred courier to return the items at your own expense if you prefer an alternative to TNT.

    What are the refund processing times?

    • The refund is processed within 14 business days from the receipt of the package at our warehouse.

    How is the refund issued and by which method?

    • Money refunds are credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you choose a store credit, it will be sent via email.

    Can I choose between a refund and a store credit?

    • Yes, you can choose to receive a monetary refund or a store credit to use on our eCommerce.

    Can I exchange the size or color?

    • No, we currently do not offer a direct exchange service for sizes or colors. However, you can follow the return procedure by choosing store credit as your refund method. If you still wish to purchase the item in the correct size or color, we recommend placing a new order and then requesting a return for the incorrect item.

    Can I exchange an item purchased online at the store?

    Yes, you can visit the store to exchange an item purchased online.

    What are the conditions for in-store exchanges?

    The conditions for in-store exchanges are the same as for online returns: the item must be intact, unused, with the tag and security seal in place, and must comply with the return terms.

    Can I cancel the return request after initiating it?

    Yes, it is possible to cancel the return request after it has been initiated. To proceed, contact our customer service team, who will assist you with the cancellation.

    What happens if I decide to keep the item after starting the return process?

    If you choose to keep the item, the return request will simply be cancelled with no further action required.

    If you cancel a paid order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. However, any fees applied by payment services (such as PayPal, Stripe for credit cards, or Klarna) that are non-refundable will be deducted.

    To request a return, you need to create an account using the email address used for the order. Once registration is complete, you will be able to access your personal area, locate the order, and start the return process.
