How does the in-store fitting work?

• No appointment needed: you can come directly to the store and try on the available dresses.
• Each dress is ready for sale, with 1 item per size and not restocked. This means that if you like a model, it may no longer be available later.
• For this reason, only one fitting day is allowed, during which you can try on all the dresses you like. We recommend taking full advantage of this opportunity to find the perfect dress.
• For a more confident choice, it's always helpful to be accompanied by someone you trust who can advise you.

Here are the instructions to correctly measure your foot length and determine your shoe size:

• Sheet of paper: Take a sheet of paper and tape it to the floor so it doesn't move.
• Position: Stand with your knees slightly bent and place one foot on the paper. You can also sit on a chair, as long as your feet are firmly planted on the ground.
• Trace the outline: Using a pen or pencil held perpendicular to the floor, trace the outline of your foot on the paper. If possible, ask someone to help you get the most accurate measurement.
• Measure: Repeat the process with the other foot. The size of your feet may differ slightly. Mark the tip of the big toe and the farthest point of the heel, then use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance between them. This is your foot length.
